Once your wholesale account is approved (it's a very quick process), you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password. Log in to place an order.

Frequently Asked Questions about Wholesale Ordering
What are your wholesale minimums?
During H+H Americas May 7-9, 2025, wholesale minimums are 6 patterns. It is okay to mix titles; you just need 6 items total.
Normally, wholesale orders through the website require a minimum of 12 items total.
When will you ship my order?
Orders placed at H+H Americas May 7-9, 2025, will be shipped the following Monday, May 12, 2025.
Wholesale orders within the U.S. are generally shipped via USPS mail within one or two business days. I will put a banner at the top of the website if there are any expected delays. If you need your patterns ASAP, please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you sooner.
How can I get free shipping?
Show Special: Orders placed at H+H Americas May 7-9, 2025, will ship free if you order 12 or more items. This applies to orders on the website and in person.
Normally, wholesale shipping within the U.S. is capped at $6 for orders under 24 items and is free if you order 24 or more items. International shipping is discounted approximately 20% for wholesale orders for 24 or more patterns, and typically is shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. I’d be happy to discuss other options with you as well.
What are your wholesale prices?
Standard wholesale pricing rates apply and are visible once you have logged in as a wholesale account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, you can order from US and Canada online. For international orders outside the US and Canada (or if you have any questions), please email me your order and I will calculate an exact shipping amount and send you an invoice. The customer is responsible for any taxes and duties (if applicable) on international orders.
What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Online payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. Select the option to pay by credit card when you get to the PayPal window. The online ordering is probably faster, but if you have questions or prefer to order by phone, please feel free to call me at 651.456.9835 (home/business line).
