One of the things I really love about sewing is the ability to customize projects by picking out fabric you love! Pan protectors is a practical sewing project that can be completed in just a few hours. I made these a few months ago and that fun splash of color makes me smile every time I take out my pans (I love this fabric – Birdsong by Gingiber for Moda Fabrics).

New Feature
I tried a new feature with this pattern. Inside is a QR code with a link to a short video tutorial on zigzag stitching to finish raw edges. If you’re unfamiliar with QR codes, you just aim your phone at the code and a link will pop up that you can tap to get the video to load on your phone. There is also a link typed into the pattern if you want to see it on your computer.
